Maintenance worker needed to preform both grounds and building maintenance for rental properties in the Knoxville area. Primary duties will be mowing, trimming, administering pesticides, planting, weeding, raking and other functions related to the design and upkeep of external and internal landscaping. Other duties include assisting maintenance team with apartment and housing repairs on an as-needed basis. This is an hourly position with medical and dental benefits available.
