The Resource Development Committee is responsible for the planning and oversight of KHP’s fundraising and resource development needs as determined by the Finance Committee.  This hardworking committee incorporates the duties and responsibilities of the Partnership Committee, thereby developing valuable partnerships with prominent business leaders, lenders, and others to further the mission of KHP and to foster collaborative efforts aimed at improving neighborhood revitalization.  This committee provides active leadership and hands-on involvement in the planning and operation of KHP's special events, such as the Annual Golf Tournament and the annual winter holiday gala - "Home for the Holidays Celebration."  In addition to the fundraising work of this committee, the Resource Development Committee provides vital outreach and public relations through its many avenues to help KHP get out the word to the community of KHP's goals and mission. 

The Resource Development Committee is a standing committee that meets monthly, keeps regular minutes of its proceedings, reports its activities and recommendations to the Executive Committee, and provides an annual report to the Board of Directors.
