The HomeOwnership Center (HOC) Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors is responsible for the performance goals and evaluation of the Center and for the developing and implementing a marketing plan for the Center. The committee also provides oversight for the loan program (loan review, loan product review, portfolio management and compliance).

The HomeOwnership Center Advisory Committee meets at least quarterly, records minutes, reports its proceedings and activities, makes recommendations to the Executive Committee and prepares an annual report to the full Board at the annual meeting.
