From KHP’s careful record keeping to its extensive annual audit, Knox Housing Partnership, Inc. maintains the most rigorous accounting standards. Because of KHP’s real estate development and asset management, attention is given to every detail, attended to by the Controller and Executive Director and carefully monitored by a highly experienced and dedicated Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
Of KHP's total income, 61% is earned income. Another 32% comes from donations, foundations, and government sources (only 14%). Fundraising and special events bring in 6%, and another 1% comes from miscellaneous sources.
Knox Housing Partnership accesses appropriate funding locally through the City of Knoxville and Knox County, regionally through THDA, NFMC, NHSA and FAHE, and nationally through our partner NeighborWorks® America.
