Each member of the KHP staff is committed to serving first-time homebuyers who hope to realize their dream of owning a home for themselves and their families.  KHP professionals are experienced in all aspects of housing, particularly as it relates to those with low and moderate incomes—homebuyer education, financial fitness, HUD-certified counseling (including foreclosure counseling), home purchase and post-purchase support, home improvement energy retrofitting for eligible low-income homeowners, and home energy ratings and audits for green build contractors and professionals.

KHP services and programs are expansive.  From their own rental properties for low-income families to the successful programs of KHP’s HomeOwnership Center, in partnership with real estate professionals, lenders, and businesses, Knox Housing Partnership makes every effort to carry out its mission to enhance communities through quality housing and to build wealth through homeownership.  KHP’s development projects provide the crowning service by offering affordable, energy-efficient, and “visitable” homes to first-time homebuyers with moderate income.
