Welcome to Knox Housing Partnership!
Knox Housing Partnership (KHP) offers programs and services in housing for first-time homebuyers, homeowners and renters. Through KHP’s one-stop HomeOwnership Center, individuals and families receive first-time homebuyer education, financial fitness education, and HUD-certified counseling for pre and post purchase as well as foreclosure counseling. By partnering with other real estate professionals, KHP offers the venue and access for homebuyers to receive, through the single location of KHP's HomeOwnership Center, trusted and quality services from title companies, insurance brokers, lenders and real estate agents. If your financial situation does not allow you to step into home purchase right away, KHP provides Financial Fitness Education, offered monthly, to assist those whose home purchase may be further down the road but who truly want to work toward achieving their dream of homeownership.
As an additional support for those not ready for homeownership, Knox Housing Partnership offers affordable, quality rental housing. KHP provides 27 single-family homes and 60 senior, multi-family apartments. KHP makes these rental properties available exclusively to low-income residents.
Knox Housing Partnership also serves the Knoxville and Knox County community by developing properties in blighted neighborhoods. By building new homes in these areas, KHP aggressively seeks to increase the rates of owner-occupied homes, decrease the number of problem and blighted properties, and improve single-family property values for these neighborhoods.
Knox Housing Partnership is dedicated to affordable, quality housing and focuses especially on affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families throughout the Knoxville and Knox County community. Please visit our site further to learn more about our programs and services that guide individuals and families on the journey toward homeownership and healthy neighborhoods.
